Traditionally, work and talent are viewed as static, focussing on specific tasks that are often changed re-actively. At The Lab, we view them as a living, breathing organisms which are constantly evolving in response to changes in business strategy, Artificial Intelligence and other socio-geo-economic factors. The analogy we often use is that organizations are like lego blocks put together in different formations and combinations. Once we understand the basic building blocks of an organization/team, the possibilities are limited only by our imagination.

The Lab is led by Anubhuti, a versatile Organization Strategy and HR professional with over 14+ years’ experience making businesses more sustainable and competitive across international markets. She has successfully spearheaded complex engagements in Operating Models, Organization Design and Talent Management. By helping businesses strategically re-invent their organizational, people and talent objectives, and nurturing key executive level stakeholder relationships, she identifies, ideates, designs and implements projects to achieve desired outcomes. As a leader with PwC, Korn Ferry, EY and industry role with Walmart, she has led teams and collaborated across businesses for successful execution and in the process, build trust and generate value. Committed to delivering excellence, she has obtained an MBA and certifications in Korn Ferry's job evaluation, BIOSS's Matrix of Working relationships, Korn Ferry's competency and potential assessment methodology and AI/ML. Certified as an Action Learning facilitator, she volunteers to coach small businesses to build their enterprise.
