What You'll Do

    As a Data & AI Consultant, you will be involved in developing and implementing data analytics solutions across the HR value chain. You will play a key role in driving insights and actions from data, as well as contributing to the design and execution of organizational transformation initiatives.
    This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with business leaders to develop and execute data-driven HR strategies, digital transformation initiatives, and talent management programs.

Who You Are

    We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in data analytics, AI, and machine learning. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing HR analytics solutions, as well as a solid understanding of organizational transformation and change management practices.
